The parts deposit covers the genuine Tesla kit so we can place the order. Labor settles after the car is done and road tested. Nothing is hidden and nothing is marked up.
Parts deposit. The complete genuine Tesla kit plus shipping, billed at exactly what Tesla charges us. Fully refundable. Once the order is in, we refund you when Tesla refunds us.
Flat-rate labor for the full job. One mobile visit, every corner torqued to spec and road tested before we leave.
Same price for the Model 3 and the Model Y. Excludes sales tax and travel, and travel is free for many Bay Area customers. Regular price $1,669, discounted through October 12.
Travel is free for many Bay Area customers. It only applies farther out, and if it applies to you, your exact amount appears the moment you enter your ZIP below, long before you pay anything. It is collected after the install with labor and is never added to the $969 deposit.
No pressure. Leave your number and we will text you to set up a quick call. The deposit works the same either way, this just lets you do it with a person.
If you have already bought the Highland or Juniper parts, there is nothing to pay up front. We check the kit is complete and correct for your drivetrain, book the visit, and you settle the $650 labor after the job is done.
Not coilovers and not aftermarket. The same spring and damper assemblies Tesla now builds into the refreshed cars, fitted the way the factory designed them.

The same job and the same price for both. Pre-refresh cars only. If your car is already a Highland or a Juniper, it has this hardware from the factory.

We install the suspension hardware from the 2024-and-newer refreshed Model 3, known as Highland. A strong fit for higher-mileage cars and for owners who want the factory's latest setup.

We install the suspension hardware from the 2025-and-newer refreshed Model Y, known as Juniper, matching the spring rates and damper tuning Tesla now builds at the factory.
Deposit, parts, install. Three steps and nothing hidden.
We buy every part through a Tesla dealer account, straight off the parts counter. Genuine OEM components, not aftermarket copies, which is exactly why the upgrade leaves your factory warranty intact.
We do not mark the parts up either. You pay Tesla's price for the parts plus our flat installation labor, and nothing more. The $969 deposit is that parts number, rounded flat so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Parts typically arrive in 3 to 5 days. As soon as they are in hand, booking opens and you pick the day.

In your driveway or your workplace lot, anywhere in the Bay Area. Every corner torqued to Tesla spec and road tested before we leave. Labor settles after the car is done.
Anywhere near the South Bay or the Peninsula, travel is almost certainly included. Farther out, it is a flat amount you see here first, before you pay anything.
Home base is South San Jose. We come to you anywhere in the greater Bay Area.
Real jobs on real customer cars, wherever they are parked. Genuine Tesla parts going on, start to finish. Tap a clip to pause, tap the speaker for sound.

2023 Model 3 Highland upgrade
2023 Tesla Model 3 Highland suspension upgrade. Kevin provided parts at cost from Tesla, showed up on time, was careful with the car and our driveway, and clearly explained everything. Excellent service. I will definitely use Ride Rite again for when the control arms inevitably need replacement.
The complete upgrade is $1,619, discounted from $1,669 through October 12. You pay a $969 parts deposit now so we can place the Tesla order, and the $650 labor after the car is finished. That $1,619 does not include sales tax, and it does not include travel. Travel depends on how far you are from our home base in South San Jose, and many Bay Area customers pay none at all. Check your ZIP above and it will tell you straight away whether any travel fee applies to you and exactly what it is.
Most likely not. Travel depends on how far you are from our home base in South San Jose, and a large share of our customers pay none at all. Enter your ZIP in the service area section and you will see straight away whether any travel fee applies to you, and if it does, exactly what it is, before you pay anything. Travel is always collected after the install with labor and is never added to the parts deposit. It is not a surcharge, it simply covers your technician's fuel and time on the road, nothing more.
Yes. You get a full refund if you cancel before we place the Tesla order. Once the order is in, we refund you when Tesla refunds us. We do not add a restocking fee of our own.
No. The kit is billed at what Tesla charges us plus shipping, rounded to the $969 flat so there are no surprises.
No. These are genuine Tesla OEM springs and dampers, the same parts fitted to a new Highland or Juniper, installed the way the factory designed them. It is not an aftermarket modification, so your warranty stays intact and Tesla's own parts warranty applies to the new hardware.
The pre-refresh Model 3 (2017 to 2023) takes the Highland kit. The pre-refresh Model Y (2020 to 2024) takes the Juniper kit. If you already drive a 2024-or-newer Model 3 or a 2025-or-newer Model Y, your car came with this hardware from the factory.
High mileage is one of the best reasons to do it. Dampers wear gradually, and the extra weight of an EV battery means the factory units are usually tiring by around 100,000 miles, which shows up as a loose, floaty feel. This job replaces all four dampers plus the front and rear springs at once, so you retire the worn parts and gain the current-generation setup in a single visit.
Yes. Choose the supply-your-own-parts path and there is no deposit. We confirm the kit is complete and correct for your drivetrain before we book the visit, then quote the install on its own.
Mobile, in your driveway or your workplace lot, anywhere in the Bay Area. It is a single visit and the car never leaves you. An alignment afterwards is recommended and billed separately if you would like us to arrange it.
This upgrade is a Northern California mobile service only, so we cannot take a parts deposit for an out-of-area job. Request a quote anyway and we will see what we can do.
Tell us the model, year and VIN, confirm the kit, then place the $969 parts deposit or supply your own. Booking opens as soon as that is done.
